Example of the Vesselboard with test data.
One platform for the office, the quay and the wheelhouse.
Shipping companies and bunker suppliers use VesselBoard to record the operation of their bunker barges and tankers. Everyone works in the same data, with the rights that belong to their role.
Shipping companies and vessel owners
Bunker barges and tankers. Activities, customs (BGD), bunker papers, maintenance and a fleet overview.
Skippers and crew
With a vessel account: record loading and discharging, upload papers, tank overview, see and complete their own planning.
Bunker suppliers and planners
Plan bunkers and cargoes across several barges, including barges of chartered shipping companies.
Traders
Follow the planning of their planner. A read-only account that cannot change anything.
Bunker planning on the Vesselboard: your barges side by side, day by day at the same height.
Bunker planning is built for bunker suppliers, with the shipping companies alongside. At a glance you see which barge does what and when, and where there is room.
Drag, undo, recalculate
Move a bunker or cargo to another day or another barge by dragging it. Made a mistake? Undo. The expected pumpable stock per vessel is recalculated through the days.
- Select vessels with badges: all vessels or a selection. Zoom in and out.
- Drag to another day and/or barge, with undo.
- Click through to the planning of one vessel, with the previous and next vessel beside it.
- Expected (pumpable) stock per vessel, carried through the days.
Bunker list and loading list
All bunkers per product list, for example HSFO or VLSFO, with ETA and ETD, port, berth, quantity, product, agent, BSI, ADP status and remarks. Linking to a barge takes a few clicks.
- Daily "checked" control per bunker.
- Loading list with nomination date, terminal, reference, quantity and product.
- A cargo can switch vessel.
- Print and PDF of the bunker list and vessel planning.

Search the whole planning
Months back as well. Jump straight to the right vessel on the right day.
Change log per item
Who changed what and when. Always visible.
Notice to the vessels
The planner posts a notice that the vessels see.
Shipping company view
The shipping company sees the planning of its own vessels in the same Vesselboard. The planner's internal data stays hidden.
Read-only account for traders
One login to follow the board. The account cannot change anything and the server keeps it out of everything else.
Print and PDF
Bunker list and vessel planning as print or PDF.
For the planner in the office and the captain in the wheelhouse.
In the office the planner works on the big screen. On the move and on board, the Vesselboard, bunker list and loading list also work on the phone: one vessel per screen, swipe to the next vessel, and a panel to view and edit an item. Moving is done with large buttons, dragging with a long press.
